So, I was lying in bed a few weeks back thinking, thinking about life,  the magazine and thinking about how we had made the heart breaking decision to put it on hold until the September issue (at least) pending what was happening with Covid19.  I was just laying there and then I looked up.  On the wall in my room is this picture

“Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass. Life is about dancing in the rain.”

And in that moment, something clicked inside my head and it said, “Vickie, you are waiting for the storm to pass, that is NOT who you are, you need to start dancing.

So that day, I started to think, I started to ask myself the question, “What would dancing in the rain look like?” What would dancing in the rain feel like? What would I do, if I was to dance in the rain. And in that moment I knew that I could not just sit back and wait for the storm to pass, I knew that I had to dance and dance hard, I knew that I had to lead the dance, and so here it is, our dancing in the rain issue.
